Leslie Mahler (born 1970-) is an American genealogist specialising in the early ancestry of American immigrants.[1][2] He is a Fellow of the American Society of Genealogists[3] He is a Contributing Editor to The American Genealogist journal.[4]
Career
[edit]Leslie Michael Mahler was born in 1970 California to Leslie Mahler and his wife Karen Lindbloom.
He has written numerous articles for The Genealogist, and The American Genealogist magazines over several decades, specialising in Early American Immigration. On 4 November 2006, he was elected a Fellow of the American Society of Genealogists (FASG) at its 67th Annual meeting.[3]
In recent years, he has also assisted Ian Fettes in the administration of the Genealogics website.
